Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any hats, swimwear or other personal items — so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

✔ Check Sizing Carefully – Each product page includes detailed sizing information to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help!
✔ Quality Assurance – Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aliceandsunny.co.za.
We will gladly arrange collection at our cost and offer a replacement or refund, provided the item:
✔ has not been used or worn; and
✔ is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that we cannot accept returns reported after the 7-day period.
✔ Order Changes & Cancellations – Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
